PLA are common filament materials used only with Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM). FDM is an additive manufacturing technology that builds parts up layer-by-layer by heating and extruding thermoplastic filament. FDM is the most common and wildly used 3D printing technology so far, as all personal 3D printers on the market are FDM printers. FDM is a highly affordable option to build durable parts quickly. However, FDM prints usually looks “prototypy”, layers can be seen on the finished parts. This can be resolved by increasing the print resolution, which is to decrease the layer thickness. Currently, we offer 3 different layer thickness: 100, 200 and 300 microns

Cobalt-chrome is metal alloy of cobalt and chromium. Cobalt-chrome has a very high specific strength and shows high resistance to corrosion. It is commonly used in gas turbines, dental implants, and orthopedic implants.
Co-Cr alloy parts are manufactured with SLM(Selective Laser Sintering) technology. A precise, high-wattage laser of 70μm diameter is used to micro-weld powdered metals to form fully functional metal components with the properties equivalent to a cast metal part.
